The Construction Office was founded to give New Zealand contractors access to experienced commercial and operational support - without the cost or commitment of building a larger in-house team.

Our capability brings together decades of practical experience across construction management, contracts, tenders, project delivery and business operations. The team is led by Sam, who has worked in construction since 2012, including ten years as General Manager of a specialist contracting business. Her experience spans tenders, contracts, claims and variations, finance, people, project administration, health and safety, and quality and environmental management. She has also led the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.

Supporting this capability is an experienced team of construction Contracts Managers with more than 40 years in the construction industry, along with project management expertise covering project planning, coordination and delivery. We also have access to trusted engineering professionals when specialist technical input is required.
